Please refer to the individual residence hall pages for available amenities in each building. As a result, although two halls may have the same style listed above, their associated rates may vary based upon the amenities available in each individual building. Rates take into account the amenities available in each building (i.e., air conditioning, private bathrooms, in-room kitchenettes, etc.). Residence hall rates include electricity, water, and maintenance. *Not available to First-Year students Residence Hall Rooms All apartment units are double occupancy bedrooms and house 4 total students of the same genderĬo-ed by floor: Each floor of a residence hall is designated as a male or female floor.Ĭo-ed by room: Each room of a residence hall is designated as male or female male or female rooms may be adjacent to one another.Occupancy is based on bedroom, not suite or apartment.Private bath is only accessible to the occupants of that bedroom.In the bedroom, each student will have their own twin-XL bed, desk, chair, three-drawer dresser, and wardrobe/closet.
